Jennifer Chen CEO Jennifer’s talents are diverse. She received a B.A. in finance from Hangzhou University in China and has since attended M.B.A. level classes in the U.S.A and at Shanghai Jiaotong University in China in pursuit of that goal. Jennifer’s professional background includes real estate, finance, pro boxing promotion, retail sales, marketing planning and development, and the management of East Point Global Holdings. Since 2007, she has been introducing US built private airplanes to China. She is one of the co-founders and President of Panda 5 Star Productions, a sports entertainment promotion company as well as the non-profit Chinese-American Chamber of Commerce in Florida. Jennifer’s multiple assets and her fluency in English and Chinese make her invaluable to our Chinese venture. She enjoys and loves to contribute her efforts for what she believes in. 
Richard Callis Director of Aviation Consulting Richard’s career as an FAA certified aircraft maintenance technician, commercial helicopter and airplane pilot, and his diverse experience with construction, marine and industrial equipment, all strongly complement his formal education which includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Antioch College. This heavy technical experience has given Richard the practical “hands-on” skills of mechanical and electrical equipment design, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair which are essential both to modern aircraft operations and to the general maintenance and operation of industrial plant equipment. This problem-solving skill set will ensure that the day-to-day technical challenges confronting the Company’s U.S. and China-based aviation interests are managed smoothly.

Jim's Company has been in business for over 30 years and has been involved in Commercial Construction projects with a strong focus on the construction and development of new residential communities in Central Florida. Mike Panaggio President Michael (Mike) is the President of East Point Global Holdings and the Founder of DME, one of the largest integrated communication Direct Marketing companies in the Southeastern United States. DME also started DME Automotive, one of the top automotive direct marketing firms in the United States. Mike is a graduate of S.U.N.Y. Brockport where he received his B.A. in Economics. 
Jamie R. Hill Chief Consultant Jamie R. Hill founded Southwest Florida Aviation, Inc., in 1982 and set up all production, overhaul, maintenance, service and sales operations. He has well over 40 years of rotor wing experience. His customers have included businesses and governments from more than a dozen countries. One of his contracts included advising the Peruvian Air Force on inspection, overhaul and repair of their fleet of Bell 212, 205, and UH-1H helicopters. Prior to founding SWFA, Mr. Hill supervised an Arizona-based helicopter overhaul business specializing in Bell 212, 205A-1 and UH-1 series helicopters. At one point he overhauled and delivered 12 Bell UH-1 helicopters to the Government of Panama. He also maintained Evergreen Helicopter’s fleet of S-61 and 205A/205A-1's. Mr. Hill deployed for two military tours in Vietnam in the 1960s and accumulated five years of helicopter maintenance in the Service as Aviation Mechanic, Quality Control Inspector, Supervisor and trainer of Vietnamese Air Force Personnel. His professional licenses include the FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License with certificates and training in numerous aspects of helicopter maintenance, overhaul and production.
